Returning a product

Xavi: Hello. How can I help you?

Toni: Oh, hello. I'd like to return this Mp3 player, please.

Xavi: Ok, What's the problem with it?

Toni: Well, It was broken when I bought it.

Xavi: Mmm, that's strange. When did you buy it?

Toni: I bought it yesterday.

Xavi: Have you got the receipt?

Toni: Yes, here you are.

Xavi: Ok. Well, I can give you a refund, or do you want to choose another CD?

Toni: I prefer the refund, thanks.
